I could probably talk for days and days about how amazing Jillian was during our wedding planning process, basically, if I didn’t marry my now husband, I would probably marry Jillian. She is AMAZING! She took everything off our plates the last few months leading up to the wedding... I’m pretty type A and have worked in events in the past, so I really needed someone who could beat me to the punch and someone who had an answer for EVERYTHING, that was/is Jillian. She is a wizard at logistics and timelines and made the last few weeks of our lives leading up to the wedding so much less stressful. Our band also cancelled 2 weeks before (basically any bride’s worst nightmare), and Jillian just went to work... I can’t say enough wonderful things about her work ethic and her as a person. Do yourself a favor and HIRE HER FOR YOUR WEDDING.

Because of Jillian we were able to truly enjoy the biggest day of our lives so that, though the wedding was emotionally overwhelming, we didn’t have to worry about being logistically overwhelmed... Watching her in her element as the day-of coordinator was when her talent really shone through. She was truly everywhere and nowhere at the same time: taking care of everything, running the timeline, making last minute decisions when necessary, and generally making sure nothing went wrong, all while being warm and available and impressing all of our family and friends. She even made sure we both had drinks and cake when we were too busy chatting to get them ourselves.

Jillian was our day of coordinator for our wedding, and the day would have been chaos without her. I think the best way to sum our experience is an example of her innovation and attention to detail. Our reception venue was two floors, and towards the end of the evening she hit two bird with one stone: she realized upstairs was cooler, so she suggested we move the dance party up there and while the downstairs area was unoccupied she helped break down stuff so we weren't in a rush at the end of the night. I would highly recommend Jillian, you won't regret hiring her!

Jillian Jensen deserves 10 stars! She was truly magical and pulled every single aspect of our wedding together and brought our dream to life. She was constantly in communication with all our vendors to make everything run seamlessly. The day of the wedding we had to move our timeline around a bit and she did it so easily and without even a bump in the road. The kindest, most organized and hardworking woman out there. So grateful we found Jillian to help us navigate planning a wedding, postponing due to C19, and rescheduling. In the words of my father in law, Jillian has such poise in the face of decision-making and the perfect skill of managing small and large details. We all enjoyed working with her for both events. There is no adequate way to say that "we could not have managed this successful celebration without you." We also used Jillian's Creative company to create the table numbers, bar signs and other signage for our event. They were all stunning and there was such ease in having her bring these along to our venue.

Jillian is the best! We ended up moving across the country 10 months before our wedding, which would be super stressful for most people, but Jillian made it so easy for us! She helped us find and price out different vendors, gave us suggestions, and handled all communication with our venue/vendors/band/photographer. She legitimately handled every aspect of our wedding, and did it seamlessly and beautifully. She’s a wonderful person, and I would 100% recommend her to every couple.

Reviewing Jillian feels very silly. Over the course of our wedding planning she has been a friend, a confidant, and an unbelievable ally. She’s never felt like an employee so the thought of rating her like one seems very unusual. Simply put, our wedding would have been a disaster without her. We are pretty intelligent and self-sufficient people, so you might think that throwing a big party wouldn’t be so daunting a task, but you can’t imagine the details you never thought you’d have to consider. She made sure that every detail (and there were a lot) was special and personal and well presented. We had a very unique, non-traditional wedding and she dealt with every hang up and speed bump like she’d done it a million times before. If you want your wedding to go smoothly, hire a coordinator, if you want a coordinator that cares as much about your wedding as you do, hire Jillian. Oh, and I should mention that she had a baby a few weeks before our wedding date and still showed up, personally, The day of. She’s a rockstar.

Jillian was an indispensable part of our wedding day - two of our biggest priorities were a seamless flow of our schedule and having decor that felt personalized. From our planning meetings, she kept us on schedule, sent us helpful pictures of our ceremony venue, and raised valuable points we hadn’t considered. At the ceremony and reception sites, she set up our decor perfectly. I feel like I could be mentally present the day of since she was behind the scenes working with all our vendors to make things happen. She is also super super kind and both of our families spoke highly of their experiences with her. I am so glad we hired her and highly recommend booking her early for wedding coordination.
