At Jillian Jensen Events, day-of wedding coordination is our expertise. While many full-service companies offer day-of coordination, it's our primary focus. We dedicate our time and energy to truly understanding you, your wedding vision, and the beautiful event you've envisioned.
You'll begin working with your coordinator two months prior to your wedding. Together, we'll finalize your wedding timeline, review details about your vendors, and discuss all your plans for your special day. Your coordinator will join you for the final walk-through at your venue, manage your ceremony rehearsal, and be on-site throughout your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Let us help bring your wedding vision to life with seamless coordination and attention to detail.
Our wedding coordination includes the following services
all of which will be tailored to fit your individual, unique event
TWO MONTHS PRIOR | unlimited phone and email assistance two months prior to your wedding to help you finalize all your details
PLANNING MEETINGS | two in person or phone meetings so you can fully hand off this event to us
TIMELINE | we will create a full, in-depth event timeline that will be sent to you and all of your other vendors
VENDOR CONFIRMATIONS | starting the month of the wedding, we become the main point of contact for all of your contracted vendors and perform all final confirmations with them
WALK THROUGH | typically held the month before the wedding at your venue to discuss layout and timeline
CEREMONY REHEARSAL | coordination at your ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding, including timing everyone down the aisle, cuing music, etc.
TWO COORDINATORS | most packages include a Lead Coordinator and an Assistant Coordinator at your wedding, depending on the needs of your event
UP TO 12 HOURS OF DAY-OF MANAGEMENT | we are with you from set-up to tear down managing vendors, setting all of your personal decor, running your timeline, putting out any fires, and making sure you are happy and relaxed
Price for coordination typically ranges from $2,695 to $2,895 depending on the needs of your event.
